How are claims and patient information sent to your office? In most cases, you can fax new patient information to our office on a daily basis or we can schedule courier pickup of patient information.

Do you send statements to patients? Yes. We can send an informational patient statement when the insurance claim is processed and additional statements after receiving primary and secondary insurance payments. We also follow up with patients on outstanding balances based on your collections criteria.

Who do patients call if they have a billing question? Our toll-free and local phone numbers are on all patient statements. Patients are always welcome to call us for any questions related to their accounts.

Where are reimbursements sent? All checks and Explanation of Benefits will come to our office. We utilize both trust and non-trust accounts receivable methodologies.

How much does your service cost? Our fees are based on your needs with a goal to provide high quality, affordable, cost-effective services.
